Reclamation District 108 would like to fill one vacancy within its Finance & Administration team as an Accountant I or Accountant II. This in-person position reports directly to the Deputy Manager.

Prefer an experienced Accountant with a background in public accounting, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.  Key responsibilities include the following:

·         Managing the full accounting cycle including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and preparation and maintenance of financial statements in accordance with GAAP/GASB

·         Performing bank and general ledger reconciliations on a monthly basis, including the preparation of journal entries to ensure accuracy

·         Maintaining compliance with multiple reporting standards and regulatory agencies (including Federal and State grantors)

·         Assisting with managing accounting projects including annual financial statement audits

SALARY: 

The annual salary range for both positions are listed below.  The position is non-exempt.

Accountant I: $50,000 - $70,000 
Accountant II: $70,000 - $90,000
